I recently had one of your technicians come out to the house to fix our hot water service that was leaking boiling water constantly. So you can imagine I was keen to get it fixed as soon as possible. Once agreed he took off to get the parts required and was back within 25 minutes and the problem was fixed within the hour. Quite refreshing in this day and age to get that kind of service.
